Results of the round table “Gastrophysics as a new science of nutrition”

Within the framework of the International scientific-practical conference “Food and Feed Technologies 2021” on September 22, 2021 under the leadership of Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor Telezhenko L.M. a round table on the topic: “Gastrophysics as a new science of nutrition” was held.
Moderator, Associate Professor of the Department of Restaurant and Health Nutrition Technology, ONTU (ONAFT), Ph.D. Kozonova Yu.A. talked about the possibilities of using gastrophysics techniques to improve the efficiency of restaurant establishments and held a master class on brainstorming on the topic: “Neurogastronomy as a factor influencing food consumption.”
