Within the framework of the International scientific-practical conference “Food and Feed Technologies 2021” on September 23, 2021 a Round table “Problems of implementation of food safety management systems and their certification” was held.
Moderator – Doctor of Technical Sciences, Head of the Department of Food Chemistry and Expertise Antonina Kapustyan.
The event was attended by about 100 participants, including representatives of industry state control, education, certification bodies, manufacturers and students.
As a result of the round table held by the leading scientist, head of the Department of Food Chemistry and Expertise of the Odessa National Technological University (Odessa National Academy of Food Technologies), Odessa, D.Sc. A.I. Kapustyan there were 7 speakers who made relevant reports for the food industry.
There was a discussion of painful and controversial issues for manufacturers of the food industry on the subject of the event, discussion of horizons for employment of students and the relevance of the specialty “Technological expertise and food safety”.
